BB Cream? What is it for?

BB cream originates from Korea. BB stands for Blemish Balm. It was first created to effectively conceal blemishes and marks on the face and body.

BB cream is suppose to be All in One ie. makeup base, concealer and foundation. It also helps to smoothen your skin texture and alleviate problematic skin at the same time.

If u observe, BB cream, unlike foundation do not have various shades (like tan, ivory, natural etc)to choose from. Its texture is lighter and suppose to blend naturally with your skin tone.

However, many ladies here may have bought BB cream and found that the color is too white and unsuitable for their darker skintone. As mentioned earlier, BB cream originates from Korea. In Korea, most ladies have much fairer complexion compare to us who are living in a All Year summer country, thus their BB cream are manufactured accordingly for their fair skintone.

Lately, you may also come across BB cream that comes in unique colors like Pink, Purple, Blue, Green and even Gold. Do not be tempted to buy a particular color just because its your favorite/ lucky color. The colors are meant to give different effects on your skin.

You may like to use the below as a basic guideline:

Pink -   Gives skin a natural healthy glow. Very suitable for young ladies

Purple - Brightens dull yellowish skin. If youve darker skintone, I recommend u to use Pink instead
             as Purple  may at times leave your face with a pale look.

Blue -    Brightens your skin. However, I find this color appear far too white for our darker skintone

Green -  For reddish acne/ problem skin.

Gold -   To leave a shimmery glow to your skin. This is abit tricky. I personally like to use the gold color only
              on my cheeks and and Tzone. It helps to enhance my features.
              However, if applied on the whole face, it tends to leave your face with an 'oily' look!

Ive been using BB cream for the last 2years. I find it gives my skin a healthy flawless look without heavy makeup feel like ordinary foundation.

Latest Update on My Post's iPAGE is a swindler!

Thank You Lord!
I just received my credit card statement and saw that iPAGE has refunded me the remainder US$84.79!

In my earlier post, Ive mention how iPAGE refuse to refund me the total amount Ive paid and just charge US$15 as agreed on after I terminated my webhosting a/c with them in less than 24hours after signing up.

I felt really cheated so I filed my complaint with RIP OFF Report.  I received an email about 2weeks later from iPAGE claiming they will refund me my $...

I was sceptical at first as Ive been 'duped' once, so waited for my bank statement to confirm if they really fulfill their words this time round. They did! :) Yeah......

Why My Kind Intentions Are Always Misinterpreted By Others??

Am feeling very sad and discouraged with human beings especially for the last 4days. Ive been asking myself what have I done wrong to get constant personal attacks by woman?? :(

Ive always been sincere and nice to everyone, but time and again get framed, wronged, betrayed in return.

The first few times I tell myself to forgive, forget and continue to love...but after constant betrayal, how can I convince myself not to defend and fight?

If you feel you are being wronged, do you do nothing and just accept it? Or will you stand up and defend for yourself?? For me, I am the latter...

However my explaining my actions  is received with more and fiercer attacks. Why do my kind intentions always get misinterpreted the bad way?? Was it because I am  not diplomatic with my words or that I simply could not express myself well??

Only My Heavenly Father knows the true me inside out and understand my intentions. I am tired and dont want to waste any more energy and time to explain further. Let God help me forgive, forget and move on..

Chemical Peel! What does Chemical Peel do for you?

Chemical Peel? What does it do for you?

Chemical Peel (CP) is derived mainly from Alphahydroxy acid (AHA). Glycolic acid is the strongest amongst all.

As the word Peel tells you, CP is done to regenerate skin tissues for cell renewal, giving you new,clearer and smoother skin.

It can be done on your face and some parts of your body (eg. pimpled back, darkened marks on hands, legs etc)

Ive done CP on my face a few times. There are different strengths ranging from 20%, 35%, 50% and 70%.

Usually Doctors will start off with 20% and slowly proceed to 35%. I personally feel that the 20% acid is too weak(it has not much results on my face) and a waste of $.

However, its always safest to begin with the lowest acid content so you will be mentally prepared what to expect. If your face reacts badly even to the 20% CP, it would mean that youve very sensitive skin and may not be suitable to continue with this treatment.

How Chemical Peel is done? What to observe for post treatment care?

Nowadays, Chemical Peel comes in a convenient form of a wet tissue pack. The doctor/ nurse will sweep the CP dipped tissue onto your face from your T Zone onwards followed by the cheeks and lastly the more fragile area around the eye and lips.

The CP is left on your face for 3-5mins depending on your skin condition.
Ive personally tried (on my own) leaving the Cp (50%) on my face for 30mins :D

Results? My face was kind of burned with some small blisters. It stings with a burning sensation when i washed my face or when applying aloe vera gel on it especially the first 3days. My face also feels tight and a little dry. On the 4-5th day, it starts to peel a little here and there.

However, I feel that after my face recovers from those fierce blisters and down time, it became so clear, smooth and glowing with radiance.

The only sacrifice that one needs to be mentally prepare for is to have an reddish/ burned mark face for the next 1week. But for me, I'm willing and have no problem with that!

But then please dont be as daring and crazy as me! Ive been subjecting my face/ skin to numerous product testings therefore I know how to treat and what to prepare for the outcome (just in case).
For beginners and those who have no knowlege nor beauty training, never do Chemical Peel on your own.

After the face is subjected to CP. The skin tissue beneath is renewing and the outer layer of your face is at its most fragile/ raw stage. To attain optimum results for facial skin renewal, you can combine Chemical Peel + LED light. LED light is a red light that can reach the deeper layer of your skin. It helps to accelerate facial rejuvenate, stimulate new cells and collagen growth. This combined treatment can easily deliver satisfactory visible results after 1 session as compare to doing 10 sessions of facials.***

 Its very important that u apply a sunblock of minimum SPF50++ for the next 1month before you head out during the day, or your face will be very prone to dark pigmentation cause by harmful UV rays.

How to treat darkened/ dry/ chapped lips??

Our lip color gets darker as we age. Worse If we smoke, it will not only darken but will also develop many fine lines & wrinkles around the lip area making you look older than you are.

We woman bother to use expensive cream on our face but habitually, we tend to neglect our lips.
Our lips are subjected to daily harsh direct harmful UV rays and pollution.
Thus majority of the ladies have dry chapped lips.

Just Imagine a woman with a beautiful flawless complexion but her lips are dark, dry and wrinkled, thats not pretty right?

ALways remember that every part of our face and body needs equally much attention and care like our face do.
Ive tried at least 30 brands of lip treatment balms/ gloss available in the market over the years. So far, all these balms only give temporary relief to moisturise the lips. They are mainly made of lanolin wax that leaves your lips with a waxy or sticky/ oily feeling for a short while and needs constant application.

None of them can lighten nor smoothen my lips. Of course, always remember that Beauty needs constant maintenance. There is no treatment ever that is Once and For All.

Even after youve achieved your desired result, it doesnt mean you can stop right there, you will still need constant care and maintenance.

The theory is simple, you brush your teeth daily. This morning its clean after you brushed it. It doesnt mean you dont have to brush it anymore the next day and the following day to maintain the cleanliness!

There are a few lip pink gloss treatments available in the market. What it does is simply to give u a temporary pink coloring just like a color lipstick does. It does not help to rectify your darkened lips.

Its not easy to lighten our lip color just by simple external application. Do understand that our lips will develop dead skin cell layers just like our face and any part of our body, therefore it needs regular exfoliation to regenerate new skin cell tissues.

In order to renew our skin cells, we will need some stronger AHA acid content.

Therefore, I used my Nipple Pink Cream, which has multiple fruit acids and even glycolic acid (strongest AHA) in it to apply on my lips. I left it alone( without touching/eating) for at least 45mins and wipe off with water there after.

By the 3rd day, my lips started to peel. Just leave it to peel on its own, never force peel it or you will injure the tissues and further aggravate your lip condition. After the peeling stops, I can see that my lip is a shade lighter in color and smoother.

From there, I apply DL Herbal Lip Whitener twice daily (morning and bedtime). Of course, you can apply the lip treatment as frequently as u like or even completely replace it as your regular lip balm/gloss.

I got this Lip whitener overseas while sourcing for other beauty products. I love this lip whitener as it comes in a form of a lipstick for convenient application. It doesnt leave any waxy/ sticky oily feel when applied.

Whats more I can physically see and feel the difference it does to my lips.

My lips now are a healthy natural pink (thanks to its natural colorant from Cherry essence) and it feels smooth and soft to touch :)

Hmm...Now I can proudly say that Ive soft, smooth, kissable lips!! :D

Aging is really women's biggest enemy. We have to deal with all sorts of beauty problems that arise due to aging.

Lip and nipple darkening is one of the cruel reality all women has to go thru when she passed the age of 30. The darkening occur even much earlier , if one smokes or give birth to a child.

When a woman is pregnant, her hormone levels change drastically and cause the nipples to darken. Breastfeeding further worsens the condition of the nipples, resulting it dry and wrinkled. All the mothers are indeed noble and willing to sacrifice anything for their own child!

I recall during one of my class gathering, I happen to talk about the topic of nipple darkening with the gals. One of my classmate, Angie, agreed and sighed..
She said that one day when her 5yr old daughter insisted on bathing together.
 The minute she removed her clothes, her daughter chuckled: "Mummy, why is your 'neh neh pok' (nipple in casual dialect) so ugly, so black? See mine, pink pink so nice!"

Haha...! I had a good laugh when Angie told me this, on the other hand, I can understand how she must have felt hurt when she heard her own daughter commenting on her dark nipples....

When I was younger, I used to love admiring my nice light pink nipples..I think i was around 29yrs old when i realise my nipples turned into light brown color..By 31yrs old, it has changed into mocha brown!!

Gosh!! :( Emergency measures needed immediately, I must do something about it! Thats when I start rummaging thru the Pharmacy counters (expecially when I am overseas) to look for nipple whitening cream, whatever whitening cream that i can lay my eyes on.

I believe Ive tried over 20 brands of nipple whitening cream over the years. None worked!

I even resorted to have my nipples tattooed pink 3 yrs ago, after seeing a convincing before & after photo on the walls of Yanhee Hospital (A renowned Aesthetic Hospital for foreigners in Bangkok)...

After making my payment of US$700, I proceeded to the treatment room where the Doctor injected anaesthesia into my breast area. During the whole treatment, my breast was completely numb, all i could hear was the drilling sound of the tattoo machine. Within 15mins or so, the treatment was complete. I was then asked to take a rest and wait for the Doctor to examine me again later.

When I take a close look at my nipples, I was disappointed to see that the areola area was a fuchsia pink while my nipples are still the same mocha brown like before. Not even slight difference or lighter color.........arrggghhh....

When the Doctor came to see me, I told him my concern & disappointment. He then replied that "its normal that the nipples dont take colors!"

What??? Why dont you tell me that before I went ahead and pay US$700 for this useless tattoo pink procedure??? I really felt like shouting my heart out at the Doctor for not prewarning me about this. My $$ just went down the drain, not forgetting about the post tattoo downtime where my nipples hurt and peel for the next 3days....Ouch...!!

Thereafter I continue using my creative mind to trial & test on my nipples hoping to find a cure to lighten my nipples.

Early this january while holidaying, I came across another nipple pink cream. As usual, I would first look at the contents of the cream, I was pretty surprised that this nipple pink cream contained even glycolic acid (the strongest acid amongst AHA)besides already having multiple fruit acids, lactic acids and many other ingredients.

I bought a tube and tried it that very night at my hotel. I felt a stinging sensation on my nipples after applying the cream. It was a rather uncomfortable feeling though bearable. The sting sensation remained for 10mins or less and thereafter gone. The stinging sensation could be felt for the next 4days(right after application) and subsequent application, you wont feel it anymore.

Initially I reasoned the stinging sensation to my skin sensitivity. However, after much analysing and recalling the contents of this cream, I realised that the stinging was caused by its glycolic acid content.

Glycolic acid is used for renewal of skin. Widely used in clinics for chemical peels. Ive done chemical peels many times and yes, I always felt the same stinging sensation when the Chemical Peel is applied on my face!!

Guess what? On the 5th day, the skin around my nipples started to peel and reveal a lighter color and smoother nipple. Hooray.....ole ole ole ole....!

Now my nipples is light pinkish brown...But I' m very satisfied and happy with the results.

I know its unreasonable to expect and totally IMPOSSIBLE to revert to the exact light pink color as like my younger days.

This is something that we woman has to be realistic about. So long as we attained what is the best condition for our current age, I think its more than good enough!!

As our nipples and lips are of the same skin structure, most of the nipple/lip creams can be applied for both.

However, in this instance, because of the strong acid contents of my Nipple cream, its not advisable to use it frequently for my lips. I only use it once a month, to regenerate and renew the skin on my lips, let it peel on its own (by the 3rd day) and then followed by applying Herbal Lip Whitener twice daily.

I'm proud to say that I can still have nice smooth pink lips and nipples for my current age!

If Ive not been bothered and taken effort to put in extra care for my lips and nipples, I wouldve been secretly unhappy & sighing like many women do...

So ladies! Do put in effort and take extra care of your skin and body. Dont regret later or just envy others.

You are what you are if you cant be bothered! Simple as that...

How To have Bigger Breast?

Ever wish how nice it would be to have such beautiful and full bosom? Me too of coz did envied woman who have nicely shaped breasts. I'm not referring to those like Pamela Anderson or those woman who have improportionate cup size of GG for their 1.6m height body.

I just want a bosom thats proportionately beautiful and adequate enough for my 1.65m height body frame  :)

Non invasive - Taking Pueraria Mirifica (PM)Supplements and applying Breast firming
                                    cream.

Pueraria Mirifica is a kind of herb grown in Thailand. Its widely been used
for decades by women there to help them achieve beautiful bigger breast and also


firmer, younger skin..

Initially, I was sceptical about supplements being able to increase your breast!!
So I bought 2 bottles and tried it for myself.

I experience heavier menses especially the 1st month when I started taking the
PM capsules. My breast also feels more sensitive and 'bloated'...And I seem to have a
bigger appetite (than usual) oops!

After 2 months of taking PM capsules, I did see and feel the difference in my bust size by

Considered as a permanent filler and much more affordable. Around $4-6K for a cup size increment.

Both above fillers are injected directly into your breast area. Some Beauty Doctors may cut a small incision on your breast (to save time and also if they are not that experienced in controlling
 the syringe)

This type of breast enhancement has basically no downtime. It is done less than an hour.

The disadvantage of this method - the filler may migrate to other parts of your body. It may also cause hard lumps and will be impossible to remove unlike silicone implants that comes in one whole piece

Invasive - Breast Implants Surgery

This is done by inserting the whole silicon implant under your breast muscle tissues.

U can choose to insert it by cutting open the nipple area or under the breast fold area. If thru the
nipple area, basically no surgical scars is visible.
However, it may cause your nipples to lose the sensory nerves.

This surgery is done under GA. The downtime can be quite long depending on individual.
For my Chinese Friend who did this method, she experienced excruciating pain and tightness when lifting up her arms for a period of nearly 4weeks.

She was told to do daily massage on her breast to 'stabilise and contour' the shape of her newly gained breast, so that her breast will look more natural instead of having that stiff and moulded round shape.

Indeed, when she showed me her breast, it does look very nice and natural. But will I ever go for this invasive method?? I dont think so ....:D

Fillers? What Can fillers do?

Ive mentioned about the usage of botox on my previous post. Now will talk about fillers.


There are different types of fillers available in the aesthetic industry for. These fillers also has varying 'lifespan' (the time it gets dissolved by our body). Fillers can be made of HA (hyaluronic acid), hydrogel, collagen protein either derived from fowls, pigs or man made.

HA is the most natural occuring substance in our body, so there wont be any side effect or allergies when injected into our body. However, it dissolves fast and can only last about 4 to 6mths. HA fillers are commonly used on the face to plump up our cheek and forehead area. HA fillers can also be used to enlarge our breast. However, so far results are not that satisfactory, mainly because its highly expensive to use HA fillers for breast enlargement which requires a big amount, secondly it does not last long. It can easily set u at over S$15k just for such breast enhancement with HA!!

HA fillers are great for facial augmentation because its more liquified and its natural, u wont worry about having uneven lumps on your injected area (which other types of fillers might)

Look at those Beauty Korean Actresses, dont you always envy and love their beautiful lips and facial contours ??:) Those lips esp are enhanced with fillers. My Korean Mk Up Instructress told me that in Korea, in every 10 girls, about 9 has had some kind of plastic surgery!!

If uve a flat chin, and wish to have a more prominent one, fillers can be used to help u achieve that. How Angelina Jolie's sexy plump lips?? Doctors can inject fillers to plump your lips too. However, do not overdo it or you will end up looking like uve 2 pieces of small sausages on your mouth :D

Lastly, do be reminded that never inject Botox and fillers into the same area. I learnt it the hard way on my face :(

Doctor did not tell nor ask me about this. I first had botox injected under and around my eye area to relax the muscles and alleviate that tired eye look. A month later, I asked another doctor to inject fillers just right under my lower eyelid area as it kind of sunken a bit due to aging n loss of collagen level. The next day after the filler injetion, i notice a very visible mosquito like pinkish bump exactly at the injected area. I can feel a hard lump beneath it. It gets harder each day.

Even after several attempts to inject solution to dissolve the lump, its still there stubbornly.

Now if you give a close look at my face, u may think i got a mosquito bite just under my right eye, my right undereye area is also slightly more puffy than the left one :) Its almost 9months after the injection and this lump can still be felt. Doctor will simply use their usual "Ive done on 100 patients none of them has the same post effect like u!" or "I am quite sure its nothing to do with injection of botox and fillers, u may like to consult a eye surgeon?"

Every human is always fast to gain credit but once something goes wrong, its never anything to do with them!!

Botox? What Can Botox jab do for my face?

I had my first botox jab about 8years ago in Bangkok at a renowned Aesthetic Clinic. Let me share with you the difference between fillers and botox and which to use for what purpose.


Botox was initially used to treat spasms in patients. Meaning those with a problem with controlling their muscle movements. Botox can help to 'relax' the muscles. Take for example..as we constantly frown and have big expressions on our face, over a period of time, we will start to have visible frown lines that make us look fierce, older and perhaps a troubled look. In this instance, I use botox to 'relax' the muscles on my forehead. The botox jab will not have immediate effect right after the injection. It takes between 5days to 2weeks to see the results. For me, I can usually see the result by the next day, possibly because Ive had botox jab too many times, it can also be due to the fact that my body absorbs and react to exterior application faster.U wont be able to frown (no matter how hard u try to)However, over injecting the muscles can cause side effects like a frozen, expressionless face (look at some of the Hollywood artistes, their face looks frozen and their forehead looks so fakely flat with no lines, for their age)

I always believe in balance. Do it to accentuate your features or maintain your looks , not completely change or alter what mother nature gives you. Do not overdo it or u will look way worse than before.

Botox has many other usage too! For those with sweaty smelly armpit, botox can be injected into your sweat glands to treat the problem.

In the entertainment industry, there are also many artistes who had botox injected on their calves to attain slimmer calves.

For those with square-ish/musculine jaw, botox can be injected on the jaw area . Results are- you get a visibly slimmer and more contoured face, really!! :)



injecting botox on your jaw area can also help to stop night grinding. If you are one who grinds at nite when sleeping, this treatment will stop your grinding and save your poor teeth from receding :D besides giving you a slimmer and more contoured face

Yes injecting botox on the jaw area can be quite painful but I am willing to endure any pain so long it makes me feel and look more beautiful :D

The setback of botox is that its very costly and it only last about 3 -5 months. After that, your injected area will return to its formal state over time. Of coz it doesnt occur just overnight, like some gals think! .

I began to browse and read on whats all about this amazing IPL (Intense Pulse Light) machine.
IPL targets dark pigments on our skin. It can be used on face and all parts of the body for skin rejuvenation and hair removal.

Since our hair follicle is dark/black in color (compare to our skin color), when the light touches our skin, it hits directly on the dark pigments and lightens them, resulting in our hair follicle becoming thinner and thinner.


The theory applies the same to our darkened armpits. As the patches on our armpit is darker than our surrounding area of the armpits, IPL is able to target the marks directly thus lightening it.

Besides that, as IPL reaches deeper into our dermis and works inside out, it renews & removed the dead horny layer on our skin thus the skin is then able to absorb all the exterior cream/ lotion (completely) that we pile on...



No wonder no cream even the ones that cost me over $150  has no effect on my darkened armpits before :D

After understanding how IPL works, I went ahead to have IPL treatments on my entire face. Only the 1st 3 sessions of my entire 8 x IPL sessions package worked. The 1st session will always give u the best results. Reason being:

a) The skin is triggered by an external 'thing' and reacts strongly to it..
b) For the 1st time, the therapist/consultant will always try to show u the best result
    to entice u to sign up a package, thus the machine mode is usually set on the
    stronger side.
c) Once the skin is 'used' to the external trigger, it produce an 'immunity' towards it,
    thats where u will notice  that it no longer produces results..
    Its pretty similar to using antibiotics to treat a cold. If u use antibiotics constantly,
    u will observe that the antibiotics is no longer effective to treat the same
    infection.


Ive stopped using IPL completely for the past 3yrs..Been relying on whitening cream to maintain my nice fair armpits :)

Been constantly changing whitening creams as i cant find one that I am completely happy with...

Ive 2 suggestions for u to do that:
 - Go for 1 session of IPL esp for the armpits. As for other darkened areas, I
    suggest u to go  for a chemical  peel session at the clinic. However Chemical
    peel is rather costly.

 - Alternatively, u can try my "self invented", cheap but more time consuming method
   on  your own! After bathing or on cleansed skin, cut a thin wedge of fresh lemon
   and apply on  the darkened area in a circular motion gently a few times. Leave the
   treated area to dry  and leave it on til the next day (for maximum result) 


    Its normal to feel a stinging sensation after applying lemon on the skin (due to the
    citric  acid from lemon)
   
 If u find it too sensitive for your skin and uncomfortable to endure for too long, then
 wipe it off with a wet cotton wool after 10mins.

Repeat this every 2 days for the 1st wk, start  applying Bodimate 2 x daily from the 2nd week onwards....

U should see satisfactory results within a month :)

Do continue to apply the cream regularly thereafter, dont forget
Bodimate is not just for whitening, it has anti inflammatory,
deodorising & softening properties for your skin ...

I am the latest victim to fall for iPAGE's professional and seemungly trustworthy intro website. I signed up with iPAGE after reading that theyve '30 Days moneyback guarantee, and if cancel within 30 days full refund given'
Being a IT idiot and a newbie in ecommerce, I am trying to build an ecommerce website using iPage supposedly EASY To USE website builder tool which is included in my web hosting a/c.
I followed their online sign up procedure to sign up for their monthly hosting fee of US$3.50, however iPAGE only charge either yearly or 24months..when i click on their 12months hosting other add on services are auto add onto my shopping cart as well...

After paying with my credit card on 29 Mar 2010, I spent the next 10 hrs trying to figure out how to use their website builder tool. But I simply could not understand at all..when i contacted their helpline, all they tell me is that they only help with technical issues if i need help on website design issues etc they will refer me to thier PRO at a 'good price'!!
If i need a web designer, why would i sign up with a US Co?? I wouldve hired a local web co directly to do all for me. Disappointed I decided to cancel my a/c with them the next day..When I contacted the billing dept thru chatline, I was told that there will only be a non refundable US$15 as charges to register my domain name. And I can still get to keep this domain name for myself. Other fees will be refunded....

However my latest creditcard statement shows that iPAGE charges me US$126.76 only refunded me US$27 on 31Mar.
When I contact their billling dept this time round their tone changed, they insist they only refund hosting fees, add on services are not refundable...weird..then what is their 100% refund if cancelled within 30days for??
And how am i supposed to use iPAGE's add on services for the 12months period (which I was charged for) when my a/c is cancelled??

I hope to share my plight here to warn other netizens to be wary of this cheating web hosting co..They are dishonest and untrustworthy...
They refused to entertain me and keep stressing.."Didnt u read under our terms & conditons"...

I 'm wondering where in the hell is their "terms & conditions"? They are not stated at all at their Home Page...

To boss of iPage, You wont go very far with your kind of cheating tactic. You may get unearned undeserved cash fast from unknowing victims like me, but all these $$ wont get u any far....

What kind of karma you sow, you will reap it 10 mores....

All About Whitening Injection

I had my first whitening injection in year 2004. At that time, I just completed my 3months full time Professional Aesthetician course. A classmate of mine has a beautician friend whos been doing the placenta and Vit C injection for her clients for about 20yrs. During the 80s and 90s, there are many such beauticians who performs aesthetic services, while aesthetic doctors/clinics are then unknown here. I am all along on  the fair side (as I take good care of my skin since young). But then hearing about this whitening jab, I cant help but get so curious that Ive to try it out for myself.

I recall my first course of 10 sessions of whiteninig jab costs me S$1500 then :( There are different dosage of Vit C, the older (and darker) you are, the higher Vit C dosage u will need (according to this 67yrs old yr Beautician!) I think she gave me the 2000mg Vit C per vial. It was injected to my butt. I went for the jab once a week for the next 10wks. I personally did not observe visible fairness, could be due the fact that I look at myself everyday so cant see the difference. However, my friends who've not seen me for some time commented that I look even fairer than before and that my skin glows. Haha...at least my $$ is well spent :)

It is only in the last 2yrs that glutathione comes into the picture of skin whitening. As I google to find out more about glutathione, I am surpirsed to read that glutathione is an amino acid, and is formally use for alcoholics, people with liver cirrhosis, asthma, weak immunity system. It claims that glutathione helps to detoxify your liver thus you will have healthy liver functions. Later, scientists found out a good side effect of glutathione, it makes the skin fairer!!

Thus, I contacted my overseas medical supplier friend and asked her to sell me 2 boxes of glutathione. It comes in a box of 10 ampoules wf a vial of 4ml FOC sterile water. There are 2 brands. Tationil 600mg and Saluta 600mg. My friend advise me to get the Saluta as he said that many of his clients commented that Saluta works better than Tationil.  As the package instructions states that if I want faster results, I can inject double dosage and once every 3days. I followed the instructions and injected 2 ampoules of glutathione each time. Indeed, the first week after the injection I seem to sleep better, and my face seems glowing not the usual frail fair look.

Anyway, I regard injecting the glutathione for healthy liver function since Ive become so physically weak for the past years possibly bcause I used to alcohol binge many years back when I had a KTV Pub business.  Its been almost a yr since my last glutathione jab, gonna get my new order now :) This time round, I'm gonna inject both Vit C wf collagen and Glutathione together. :p
