For my skincare &cosmetic range, they are suitable for all skin types unless otherwise stated on the product introduction.
For garments, kindly refer to the size chart provided ( and or sizes available )to avoid buying the wrong size.
For Local Orders
You can make payment by Bank transfer to either 1 of my 2 Bank accounts:
1) POSB Bank Or
2) UOB Bank
Local Delivery
Registered mail is advised to ensure safe delivery of your order items. If u opt for normal postage, kindly take note I cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged items.
Registered article = $2.30 + Local postage (depending on item/items' total weight)
Overseas Order
I can accept payment in your local currency by safe payment thru PAYPAL.
Interbank Transfer is also accepted. Kindly email me at beautyangel.1@hotmail.com for further payment details
Overseas Postage/ Deliveries
For smaller items &or total weight of 2 kg & below, order items can be posted thru normal postage method (to save on high postage charges)
Registered mail is compulsory for safe delivery for ALL Overseas Orders.
Postage is calculated as follows:
S$2.20 (registered article) + Postage charge (depending on total weight of item/items for the respective country)
Exchange/Refund
I take pride in all my products and make quality checks on all orders before delivery. I will offer
exchange if you receive an item different from your description order.
Other justifiable reasons for exchange will be considered on a case by case basis.Kindly Note that No exchang/ refund will be entertained for the following:
a) Item has been opened or used. Is not in its original packing
b) Item damaged due to own negligence
c) Buyer's remorse
d) Sample/ gift items
e) Lingerie/ intimate wear
Please email me first before returning the items.
Any justifiable exchange/ refund of item will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
